Yorktown Independence Day 8K Run/Walk

This is a chip-timed 8K event that participants can run or walk on July 4th along Historic Yorktown Battlefield tour roads.

Race participants will park and gather near the York High School tennis courts and be led to the start line by the Fifes and Drums of York Town. This year, the race salutes the USS Yorktown CG-48! The USS Yorktown protected American from 1984-2004.

All participants will receive a custom race t-shirt and all finishers will receive a beautiful custom die-cast medal. Awards for the top three overall men and women.

Refreshments and post-race celebration after your finish.
