Incorporating elements of popular TV shows Iron Chef, Top Chef, and Chopped, each chef-led team will present three courses (an appetizer, entree, and dessert) to the judges and selected members of the audience. They must include at least three proteins that would have been available in the Revolutionary War era (the chefs won't know what's available until the battle begins!). Judges will then score each food on taste, appearance, and creativity. One team will represent the British forces and the other the American/French forces. Cooking will begin around 10:30 a.m. and the event will end at 5 p.m.
