Learn the basics of boat construction. Campers will compare and contrast boat types, learn to loft (draw) boat plans, use hand tools to create boat components, and work as a team to assemble a traditional 14-foot wooden Chesapeake Bay rowing skiff.

Rising Grade 3 to Grade 8. Registration is available until all slots are full. Discounts are available for families with a child or children enrolled in more than a single program session of any type. Each signup earns a free museum family membership for one year.
