Yorktown Market Days - Harvest Festival
Saturday, November 19, 2022
It’s a pre-Thanksgiving cornucopia of fun! Shop for turkeys, farm-fresh produce, seasonal treats, and unique holiday pieces from local artists.
Our Harvest Festival is a family affair! Kids young an old will enjoy this autumn extravaganza, which features a live animal show, petting zoo, log carving demonstration, balloon art, inflatable axe throwing, and a pie eating contest. More than 50 vendors will be selling traditional Thanksgiving foods that you need to make holiday staples like turkey, sweet potatoes, green beans, cornbread, dinner rolls, and pumpkin pie. Local jewelers, painters, and photographers will also be selling their holiday handiwork. Enjoy bluegrass music from Ralph Motley and the Last Minute Grass or catch the Fifes and Drums of Yorktown. The Virginia Living Museum will present the live animal show inside the Freight Shed at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
