Fireside Civil War Tour of Yorktown

There is no better way to experience Historic Yorktown than taking a stroll with a professional historian! Tour guides Maureen Wiese and J. Michael Moore will provide interesting information and insights not typically found in history books.

Explore Yorktown during the Civil War era. The Peninsula Campaign of 1862 pitted two colorful commanders against each other over a Revolutionary War battlefield deploying such modern technologies as aerial observation and improvised explosive devices.

Tour will be held in Mobjack Bay Coffee Roasters' backyard around the fire pit.
