Yorktown’s Newest Event Will Feature Antiques, Collectibles & Other Vintage Treasures!
If you enjoy restoring old furniture, shopping for vintage clothing and jewelry, or filling your home with one-of-a-kind handcrafted pieces—York County’s newest event is screaming your name!
On Saturday, November 4, 2017, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the McReynolds Athletic Complex (MAC) will transform into our first ever Vintage Marketplace. Browse the complex to search for collectibles, antiques, art, accessories, and unique home décor. Village Events has an exciting lineup of local vendors who will be selling everything from antique windows and doors to rustic reclaimed wood signs to repurposed pianos.
Adding to the festive ambiance will be live entertainment provided by New Sound Alliance and Unleaded. And we know how all that shopping can work up an appetite. Concession stands will be open to serve lunch and snacks. That’s in addition to Boyd’s Tasty Dogs, Papa Murphy’s, and VA Blue Crab Food Trucks who will be on site serving up delicious options.
You don’t want to miss this fun community event. Oh yeah, and admission is FREE! Be sure to follow our event on Facebook, so you don’t miss features on the vendors which will start early next week.
If it rains, no worries! There is a back-up plan. It’s the following day—November 5.
