Archaeology

Opportunities abound for the Museum to be involved in local archaeological projects. As a sponsor, a coordinator, an advisor, or by assisting in the cleaning or storing of artifacts, the Museum is always willing to lend a hand. Projects the Museum has participated in recently include:
  • Custom House Garden
  • Martiau Property (Ground Penetrating Radar)
  • New Quarter Park
  • Taylor Farm (also known as Charles Parish Glebe)
  • Whittaker's Mill
